Refund policy
Thank you for becoming a collector! I hope that you're delighted with your purchase of original fine art created and shipped with love from my studio in the Pacific Northwest. I carefully prepare your artwork to ship to your home using museum standards (acid-free, lignin-free, pH-buffered packing materials).
All paintings, prints, and products are final sale. If you're unhappy with your purchase, please reach out to me at hi@christinefoxstudio.com so that I can make it right.
I do my best to capture item colors in listings as accurately as possible, but colors may vary slightly based on your monitor settings (and individual perception of color). Be sure to read descriptions and sizes carefully, and please contact me if you have any questions or would like to see additional photos.
If you have questions or concerns regarding your artwork purchase, please email hi@christinefoxstudio.com within 10 days of receiving your art.
DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
